HOW DO YOUR PLANTS MEASURE UP?
As a general rule, within a given species of plant, the higher the ºBrix the higher the sugar content, mineral content, protein content, and greater overall nutrient density. So it is an excellent cross-sectional evaluator of the health of the plant; 75% of the time, higher ºBrix correlates to higher nutritional levels. What does this really mean? Sweeter tasting, more nutritious food with lower water content, lower freezing point, and better storage. And this can be accomplished using our formulas.
